PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and participation in the Trauma-Informed Leadership Intensive (the "Program") offered by Cyndi Bennett Consulting, located in Charlotte, North Carolina ("We," "Us," "Our," or "Company").

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms are legally binding. By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your purchase and participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT AND ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in and participate in the Program. Enrollment by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to immediately terminate access if we discover a participant is under 18.

1.2 Participant Capacity

You represent that you are enrolling in the Program in your individual capacity as a leader or manager seeking professional development. This Program is educational coaching and leadership development, not therapy, medical treatment, or clinical mental health services.

1.3 Enrollment Confirmation

Upon enrollment, you will receive confirmation of your acceptance into the Program cohort, including:

Each cohort is limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure personalized attention and meaningful peer connections. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.

2. PROGRAM STRUCTURE AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Session recordings will be made available for review if you must miss a live session, but live attendance is strongly encouraged for optimal learning and community building.

2.3 Rescheduling Individual Coaching Calls

Individual coaching calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice. Calls cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled. You may reschedule up to two (2) coaching calls during the program period.

2.4 Technology Requirements

2.5 Time Zone Accommodations

Sessions are scheduled to accommodate participants across multiple time zones when feasible. All session times will be clearly communicated in your local time zone upon enrollment. It is your responsibility to attend sessions at the correct time.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

3.1 Ownership

All Program materials, including but not limited to the following, are the exclusive property of Cyndi Bennett Consulting and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws:

3.6 Enforcement

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Program materials constitutes theft and infringement of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to:

4. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY STANDARDS

The total investment for the Trauma-Informed Leadership Intensive is $3,497 USD. This includes all Program components as outlined in Section 2.1.

10.1 Good Faith Negotiation

If any dispute arises between you and Cyndi Bennett Consulting, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct communication via email.

10.2 Mediation Requirement

If direct negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, both parties agree to participate in mediation before filing any legal action. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

10.3 Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina for resolution of any disputes.

You agree not to make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Cyndi Bennett Consulting, the Program, or related services in any public forum, including but not limited to social media, review sites, or professional networks. This does not prevent you from:

11. GENERAL PROVISIONS

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyndi Bennett Consulting regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will apply to future cohorts but will not affect your enrollment if you have already paid. Material changes will be communicated to current participants via email.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.4 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

11.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your enrollment or these Terms to any other person. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

11.6 Communication

By enrolling in the Program, you consent to receive communications from us via email regarding:
